OUR REGULAR EVENTS
Coffee Mornings
Our Coffee Mornings, 1st Tuesday of every month from 10.30am (combined with our Plant and Produce & Litter Pick) is a very friendly place to be.
Anne has been making absolutely delicious homemade cakes and produce (right).
We encourage people to set up tables to sell their wares, and/or simply come for some coffee, tea, homemade cake and a friendly chat.
Plants & Produce
Our Plants & Produce is held at the same time as the Coffee Mornings from 10.30am, the first Tuesday of the month (unless a public holiday).
If the weather is good we like to arrange the plants and produce outside in the garden on our picnic tables.
Yoga AND Gongs!
Miranda runs sessions of yoga & gongs. They run in Gwehelog Village Hall unless the weather is kind to us & we can do it somewhere beautiful outside. A gentle yoga practice (beginners are welcome!) followed by an hour of gongs. The perfect combination to let go of stress and tension. 
Please message her (below) if you would like to find out when these sessions begin. It costs £20 for each 2 1/2 hr session which include a hot drink & treat afterwards.
Miranda Yoga
Miranda runs weekly yoga classes in Gwehelog Village Hall. A gentle but mixed ability class on Monday evenings and classes for older students on Tuesdays. All welcome.

Litter Pick
If you would like to join our monthly litter pick please turn up at the Village Hall before our Coffee Morning and Plant Swop from 10.15am. The first Tuesday of the month. Please see poster below.
We will set you up with all the gear.

Help to keep Gwehelog clean !
Volunteers needed to join a litter-picking expedition – one hour commencing 10.15am, first Tuesday every month. Meet at the Village Hall. All equipment provided. Finish with a complimentary cup of coffee or tea and a cake at our regular coffee morning. Turn up on the day but please let us know if possible by clicking here
We are always looking for volunteers to help on our litter-picking expeditions. If you want to meet new friends and enjoy walking, come and join us!
